In 2008 Joshua Clift was involved in two serious accidents that changed his life forever.
On 12th July 2008, Joshua broke his neck playing rugby, after surgery he miraculously recovered. On 29th of September Joshua was in a serious car accident where he broke his neck again. Joshua was extremely lucky to survive however he is now an incomplete quadriplegic. Joshua has lost all movement from his chest down. The Kiss the Frog Foundation has been established to raise much-needed funds to support and assist Joshua with his medical rehabilitation, equipment and services that are paramount in achieving a successful recovery and independence.
So why Kiss the Frog? Joshua’s answer says it all.
“It is pretty simple, what I am chasing is a fairytale and I am not after a Prince Charming, but to walk again I would kiss a thousand frogs. By supporting my foundation in whatever way you can you will have kissed a frog, and become part of my fairytale.”
The Kiss the Frog Foundation is a registered charitable trust fund which has received deductible gift recipient and charity endorsement from the Australian Tax Office.
